RAI Logistics Management System (RLMS)

At the RAI we work with a system for registering freight deliveries. For access and optimum traffic flow, you must reserve a time slot in advance for loading and unloading at the RAI.

On arrival, your truck/booking is then scanned and sent directly to its reserved loading and unloading location. With the help of this system we can better coordinate the logistics movements in and around the RAI.

LOGIN AND BOOK YOUR TIME SLOT

Your benefits:

  • Avoid waiting times by booking the time slot that suits you best.
  • No queues in and around the RAI.
  • Drivers don't have to search, your truck is sent directly to the reserved loading and unloading location.
  • Efficient personell planning, you know when the goods will arrive.
  • Safer and more relaxed working environment.
  • Faster access to your stand.

The standard loading and unloading times for the P5, P9 and P10 apron spaces for goods vehicles, including the P6 and P8 parking areas, are 07.00 - 23.30 hrs. To prevent noise nuisance in the neighbourhood, vehicles may not enter the P9/10 apron spaces in the Wielingenstraat before 07.15 hrs, from 22.30 hrs loading/unloading activities stop and no traffic is allowed on the P-9/10.

Parking during build-up and breakdown period is free of charge during build-up and breakdown hours. Please scan the barcode on your build-up badge on departure. It is NOT possible to park and stay overnight at RAI loading dock areas.

Low-emision zone

Amsterdam has new low-emission zones that keep the most polluting passenger cars, trucks, delivery vans, taxis, buses and scooters out of the city. With the low-emission zone, Amsterdam wants to improve the air quality in the city. The new low-emission zones for Amsterdam fit within the national harmonization scheme for low-emission zones. During the harmonization in 2020, the low-emission zone has been aligned within the A10 ring road, as a result of which the RAI has come to lie within the low-emission zone.

In the coming years, the requirements that apply within the low-emission zone will be tightened up further. From 2022 this will have an impact on traffic around the RAI. The aim is also to have 100% emission-free transport in the low-emission zones from 2025 - 2030.

The overview below lists the requirements for which type of vehicle around the RAI.

TypeRequirements
CarOnly diesel vehicles with emission class 4 and higher are welcome, year of construction 2005
Delivery vanOnly diesel vehicles with emission class 4 and higher are welcome, year of construction 2005
